I bought this old house 2 years ago when it was in sad need of repair. Now it is a comfortable and cozy home with a lovely apartment that I rent on the weekends. I’m a busy teacher, so one visit a week is plenty for me.

Why they chose this property

The house is close to everything. It’s very close to the turnpike for easy travel. The grocery store in down the street. All the Berkshire attractions are close by. It’s convenient while still being in the country.

What makes this property unique

This house was built in 1789. It has both character and comfort after a total renovation. Always a work in progress, but it’s a mix of both old and new.
