Home is new and very clean. The check in was super easy. The kitchen was so nice to work in and had everything I needed to prepare breakfast and dinners for our group. Maria was responsive when I had questions. It was perfect for our visit to Dodge City. Thank you Maria for sharing your lovely new home with travelers.

Had a minor glitch and manager was very quick to resolve issue-very attentive. Brand new property in quiet community. With any new build yard was completed yet but had a nice back porch-could sit out and listen to the chickens.

I and the other guess loved the place. There was the oddity as to the Air Condition sound when it came on. In the front room it was a little loud, but that was the opinion of one of my adult guess. Location is nice and was easy to get into the heart of Dodge City.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our group. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms made it easy for everyone to relax, and the kitchen was well-equipped for preparing meals. The house was quiet, nicely maintained, and felt like home.The location was also excellent—just a short drive to Boot Hill Museum, restaurants, shopping, and everything else Dodge City has to offer. Check-in was simple, and the host was friendly and responsive throughout our stay.If you’re looking for a comfortable, clean, and convenient place to stay in Dodge City, I would definitely recommend this home. We’d gladly stay here again!

This property is a beautiful house that is brand new! doesn't even have grass yet it, that new. Everything was wonderful.the only hiccup was the address listed took us to the Travelodge. we were able to use the map location to try and find it that way. This is partially because the house is in a new development so the street is not on maps yet.otherwise it was perfect for our family

The home is located in a brand new addition so it was a little work to find the exact house. The home is new and everything about it was great. The only issues (if you can even call them issues) were:The central air fan was extremely loud as the equipment room is in a closet off the living area.There was no BBQ grill. We made due by cooking inside, but had intentions of grilling in the evening.The place was great, clean, well stocked with essentials, and in a quiet area. Would absolutely stay here again.
