With 3 bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and hair dryer, guests enjoy convenience and comfort throughout their stay. Breath taking views to the Gulf and private access to the beach. The building offers two Gulf front community heated pools and two community BBQ grills (charcoal), tennis courts, pickleball courts, underground assigned parking, bike storage, lobby area and gym. Beach chairs and umbrella are available in unit's storage locker. Condo is walking distance to restaurants and much more. We hope you enjoy what our place and Marco Island has to offer.
