Gemütlich in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben dieses Jahr recht spontan fünf Tage in dieser gemütlichen Ferienwohnung gebucht aller Kritik zum Trotze. Tatsächlich können wir vieles davon so nicht bestätigen. Ja, der Empfang vom Internet ist wirklich nicht gut, allerdings hat uns das keine großen Probleme gemacht, im Urlaub ub muss man nicht die ganze zeit am handy kleben. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt, es ist wirklich sehr gemütlich und hübsch gemacht. Kritik das es in die Jahre gekommem ist können wir nicht bestätigen, man muss sich aber klar sein das es kein Neubau ist. Genau dieser Charme hat uns sehr gefallen. Unsere Abende in der Wohnung haben wir sehr genossen. Die Anlage selber ist sehr gepflegt und schön Grün, die Lage ruhig und dennoch nicht weit ab von allem. Positiv ist auch zu erwähnen, daß die Kommunikation schnell und einfach verlief, selbst wenn man spontan noch etwas hatte. Wir sind rundum zufrieden gewesen, uns hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Das einzige was wir bereit haben wahr die kurze Dauer unserer Buchung. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen.

Alles, was man braucht

Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das kleine Appartement ist gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingrichtet. Man hat alles, was man braucht.

Klein, aber fein auf gar keinen Fall

Als Alleinreisende war ich für 5 Übernachtungen in dem Apartment und muss sagen, daß ich froh war, wieder nach Hause fahren zu können. Da ich SPO kenne, habe ich mir bewusst etwas im Ortsteil Dorf gesucht. Positiv zu bewerten ist die Lage und die Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Dem gegenüber stehen aber viele Mängel, die die Wohnung hat. Am meisten hat mich das Raumklima gestört. Die Wohnung ist feucht und riecht moderig. Den Gestank bekam ich auch durch langes Lüften nicht heraus. Beim Auspacken des Koffers zuhause musste ich feststellen, dass all meine Kleidung klamm war und muffig roch. Das Waschbecken im Bad war winzig, und die Badewanne bzw. Duschtasse war stumpf und voller Flecken und wirkte nicht einladend. Was ich bis jetzt auch in jeder Ferienwohnung vorgefunden habe, waren Betriebsanleitungen für die elektrischen Geräte und für die Heizung, auch die fehlten! Dass die Wohnung keinen W-lan Zugang hat, war mir bewusst, aber dass in der Wohnung auch kein Handyempfang war macht die Wohnung in der heutigen Zeit nicht attraktiv. Ich war telefonisch nicht zu erreichen und Telefonate konnte ich nur einige Meter vom Haus entfernt führen. Diese Wohnung würde ich kein 2. Mal buchen! Aufenthalt Anfang August 2023 Mechthild W.
