With direct water views and a unique location right on the Schlei fjord, "Fjord-Koje 4" at Pionierhafen Schleswig offers the perfect place for your vacation. The apartment provides approximately 45 m² of living space, including an open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen and sleeping area, a bathroom, and a balcony.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and in the living room, you can relax on the sofa in front of the smart TV. You can even swivel the TV to watch from the bed.
The sleeping area offers a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and blackout curtains for restful nights.
The bathroom includes a hairdryer and a shower.
Relax on the balcony and enjoy balmy evenings.
A private parking space is available directly in front of the building. You can store your bicycles in the shared, open bicycle storage room. A washing machine is available for shared use free of charge on the ground floor.
Sustainability is a priority at Pionierhafen, which is why 77% of the energy is generated by geothermal sources.
Thanks to its unique location on the Schlei fjord, you can also bring your own boat and moor it at a berth directly at Pionierhafen for a fee. Please contact us for details.
Some of the photos are sample images of identical apartments. These are similarly equipped and furnished.
Near the accommodation, you'll find two electric vehicle charging stations for the Schlei, Wiking, and Fjord apartments. These are available for all apartments in the buildings.
The development of the new "Am Pionierhafen" district is largely complete. No further major construction work is expected. Some areas, especially the surrounding grounds, are still undergoing visual transformation.

For all bookings with a stay from April 1, 2026, the city of Schleswig charges an overnight tax of 5% on the total price excluding VAT. This will be shown on the booking confirmation in addition to the total price.

Please note that the apartment is not suitable for tradespeople, and we cannot accept bookings for this purpose.

Sehr saubere, stilvoll eingerichtete und gepflegte Ferienwohnung, mit allem, was man für eine entspannte Auszeit benötigt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Randlage von Schleswig in einem ruhigen Neubaugebiet. Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf sind in nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Allerdings hat man in der Regel mit einem Einkauf für mehrere Tage alles im Haus. Toller Blick auf die Schlei und guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge nach Eckernförde, Kiel, Husum, Kappeln usw. Rundum Top und auch dieses Mal war ich von der Buchung bis zur Abreise absolut begeistert.

Alles was man braucht und ne super Aussicht!

Wir sind für ein paar Tage über Ostern in die Ferienwohnung gefahren und waren total begeistert. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, und hat nichts gefehlt. Dazu noch die tolle Lage und die Aussicht vom Ballon auf die Schlei haben es abgerundet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es hat uns sehr gut in der Fjord Koje 4 gefallen, liebevoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet, ein echtes Raumwunder! Der Balkon hat Morgensonne mit Blick zur Schlei. Eigener Parkplatz und Unterstand für die Fahrräder fanden wir auch sehr gut. Ideale Wohnlage für Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Schlüsselübergabe mit Code am dafür vorgesehenen Fach an der Haustür ist perfekt.
