Welcome to Overland Park! This spacious townhouse is the perfect home for your family vacation/business trip:
Locate in quiet and safe cal-de-sac, yet close to everything! Walking distance to park and Target store; 5 minutes drive to restaurants and shopping as well as grocery stores. Easy access to major freeways.
This home is equipped with everything you need: washer/dryer; cooking ware; crib/pac n play available per request. Memory foam mattress.
Beautiful private backyard and 2 car garage.

The space
You will have entire place to you and your family, including 2 car garage, private fenced backyard with nice deck.

Guest access
Close to a neighborhood park with playground; shopping includes Target, Costco, Burlington, etc. and various restaurants.

Other things to note
This a very quiet neighborhood, please help us maintain this way and respect my neighbors. The quiet hours are between 10 pm to 7 am everyday. No parties or events allowed! Parking only allowed inside garage or on the driveway. There is NO street parking in the cal-de-sac.
