What’s Included: Your stay includes 8 complimentary physical amenity badges/wristbands (required for guests ages 6 and older). Up to 8 additional passes can be purchased for $10/guest per day.
Bonus Local Beaches: If you are traveling with a larger group and want to beach-hop together, you are in luck! The gorgeous, expansive public lake beaches at Beltzville State Park and Hickory Run State Park are just a short drive away and highly recommended.

Booking & Neighborhood Guidelines
To maintain a safe, pristine, and peaceful environment for everyone, we appreciate your cooperation with a few standard guidelines:
Age & Events: The primary renter must be 25 years or older. To keep our neighborhood peaceful, we cannot host prom parties or large events.
Safe & Clean Air: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside, and per strict HOA guidelines, open fire pits or open flames are not permitted on the property.
Pet Policy: This home allows two fully trained adult dogs.
Dog Guidelines:
We are happy to welcome up to 2 fully house-trained dogs to join your vacation for a $150 flat fee!
Please let us know your dog’s age and breed when making your booking.
To keep our home in great shape, we cannot host puppies or cats.
Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and an extra cleaning fee will be assessed if this occurs.
Please do not leave your furry friends unattended inside the home, and kindly pick up after them outside.
