Gut und ungenügend

Die Wohnung war in einem sehr guten Zustand- modern und neuwertig ausgestattet. Top-Lage. Das Problem war der Lärmschutz. Leider wurden wohl über das Kaminrohr die Gespräche oder auch das Fernsehprogramm der oberen Wohnung „übertragen“. Sehr unerfreulich! Wenn das nicht verändert wird, ist es für uns ein Grund nicht wieder zu mieten.
