From the moment we first inquired about the property, the host was fantastic. She answered all of our questions promptly before we booked and continued to be available throughout our stay whenever we needed anything.This was our first time booking a house for a vacation, and it exceeded our expectations. We were two adults and two young children (ages 3 and 4), and the cottage was the perfect fit for our family.The quaint little cottage was just steps from the beach—we could even walk there barefoot! It was bright, welcoming, and had an outdoor space, along with access to a shared BBQ. The house was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable.We had a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Great location, so close to the beach. Walkable proximity to the pier while also being out of the way enough that the beach was not crowded at all. Host was very responsive, the house was clean and as advertised.

I have vacationed in Maine my entire life until I moved here 20 years ago. What I love about this beautiful State is the coastal vibe. This freestanding cottage/condo, is in an ideal location, literally a stone's throw the path to the beach. It's a beachy comfy cottage with air conditioning and even an office. You can relax on the back deck, or lounge on the beach for the ultimate getaway.

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood because of the proximity to the beach/ocean. My 20 year old daughter even went fishing in the Ocean at the top of our street. This is a unique spot.

What makes this property unique

This property has 2 parking spots alongside the standalone cottage/condo, and has such a close proximity to the ocean/beach, it's unique. Also, the air conditioning provides extra comfort.
