Welcome to our house located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes to beach (.5 mile) and downtown (.9Mile)! Open concept downstairs with spacious well equipped chef's kitchen. Cozy and comfortable living room and study. Upstairs hosts 3 welcoming bedrooms (king, queen, bunk beds). Linens, bath/beach towels included. Washer/Dryer. Beautifully landscaped and fenced yard, huge patio with large picnic table,gas grill, and enclosed outdoor shower. Off street parking. Perfect choice for family and friends. When choosing the required insurance plan, please choose the $119.00 option. If there is no claim, I will reimburse you this fee after your stay. This added layer of insurance is a requirement of Homeaway/VRBO.

Super beach stay

Loved the gorgeous garden full of flowers. Sitting out on the back patio was so peaceful and relaxing. The house was a short 8-10 minute walk to the beach through a nice neighborhood. The kitchen was spacious and very well equipped. The decor was charming- I loved the unique artwork.

Sarah’s home is so lovely and convenient to all the sites of south eastern Maine area. We loved the charm of the home… it was perfect for my husband and I and our young daughter (8 ys). Locations was easy to travel to Portland, Kennebunkport, Ogunquit, York etc… I hope to stay again next year. Sarah gave us excellent recommendations too. 👍

Wonderful experience during baseball tournament!

My family (5 people) and I stayed on the property for 4 nights during my son’s baseball tournament. The location was perfect, going back and forth to Portland for games, and walking to the beach at night. Sandy was timely with any questions we had.
