This spacious holiday home is equipped to the highest standards, featuring a ground floor that has just been beautifully redesigned, and impresses with its exceptionally comfortable layout. Many large windows facing south and west complement the beautiful, bright atmosphere.

The three bedrooms, as well as two bathrooms—a master bathroom with a shower/tub and toilet, and a shower room with a toilet—are located on the ground floor and ground floor (with a loft). In the basement, you’ll find a large fitness room equipped with a cross-trainer, exercise bike, foosball table, and plenty of space for yoga & Co, as well as a sauna (for a fee) with an additional shower and bathroom—and the laundry room.

The cosy living room and the dining area in the bay window, together with the new luxury kitchen (Dec. 22) featuring top-of-the-line appliances, form a spacious, open-concept space that is wonderfully expanded in the summer with a wraparound terrace and outdoor seating area. The hallway and entryway, complete with a guest bathroom, also offer plenty of space to settle in and have been newly renovated. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm). Upstairs, you can enjoy a Swedish wood-burning stove in the largest bedroom, which features a loft area perfect for working from home. On this floor, there is a second inviting bedroom and the high-quality master bathroom with shower, toilet, and bathtub. Large balconies invite you to enjoy sunny moments of relaxation with mountain views.

The living room offers space for everyone with two sofas and armchairs and is equipped with a flat-screen TV (internet-ready) and a Blu-ray player. Wi-Fi is included. The large wraparound terrace and the outdoor seating area with a high-quality dining table and seating are special highlights. From sunrise to sunset, you’ll be treated to plenty of sunshine thanks to the unobstructed southwest-facing location.

The Hirschwiesn holiday home is located in the Bärnbichl area, 1 kilometre from the town centre, in a quiet but not isolated setting. In winter, the Barmsee lift and cross-country ski trails are just a few hundred metres from the house, and in summer, you can reach the popular swimming lakes (Grubsee, Barmsee) on foot or by bike. A visit to Café Pfeifer in the area is practically a must.

Two parking spaces belonging to the house (one in the carport) are located directly on the property. You can also book the “Abendruh” holiday apartment in the same building; then you’ll have the entire house to yourselves for up to 8 people in total.
