Das Haus wirkte größer als es war. Gerade die Küche und der Essbereich war für 6 Erwachsene Personen etwas knapp bemessen. Mit dem Schrank über dem Tisch mußte man schon aufpassen. Gläser hätten etwas mehr vorhanden sein können.Eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder war leider nicht gegeben (hatte ich vorher angefragt). Die graue Mülltonne fehlte und musste erst vom Sammelplatz abgeholt werden. Der Grill war eine Zumutung!!Das Ausblick auf die Wiese war schön.

Super schönes Ferienhaus

Es war ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, mit einer super Ausstattung. Die Lage war am Rand zu einer Rinderwiese mit Jung-Bullen, was einen Lacher wert war. Wir reisten mit 3 Hunden und es lief alles einwandfrei, das Haus hatte einen eingezäunten Garten was natürlich perfekt war um die Hunde frei laufen zu lassen. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder und werden uns auch nächstes Mal eine Wohnung oder ein Haus von dieser Hausverwaltung mieten.

Das Haus ist hell und hübsch, aber teilweise etwas gedankenlos eingerichtet. Es fehlten Küchenrolle, Geschirrtücher, Spülschwamm und Geschirrspültabs - Abwaschen war ein Spaß... Auch Dinge wie Kafeepulver und Salz muss man selber mitbringen. Das hätten wir gern vorher gewusst. Positiv: ausreichend Klopapier und ein funktionierender Haartrockner. Das buchbare Hundepaket "Bello" besteht aus zwei Näpfen im Abstellraum. Das ganze Haus wird über einen Pelletofen im Wohnzimmer geheizt. Die warme Luft kann sich dann überlegen, wie sie ins 1. OG zieht. Heizkörper gibt es nicht. Der Ofen war bei uns an Tag 2 kaputt. Der telefonische "Notruf außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten" ist erst ab 14 Uhr besetzt. Kein Rückruf, keine Mailbox. Der Techniker musste den Fehler mit einer Fernbedienung beheben, die vor den Gästen versteckt wird, damit die nicht so viel verstellen. Warum baut man so eine komplizierte Heizung in ein Ferienhaus?

Gute Lage aber die Liebe zum Objekt fehlt

Das Objekt ist teilweise sehr abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig (z.B.Fliegengitter kaputt, im Garten offene Stromkabel, Gartenmöbel teils defekt und fehlend) Die Lage war super.
