Bungalow Johannes - Flambacher Mühle

We would like to offer you our beautiful holiday rental in Leer, East Frisia, in the Bingum area, where you can relax and unwind.
The apartment is located on the ground floor in a quiet recreational area.
It was completely renovated and freshly refurbished in 2022.
A parking space in front of the house is, of course, available.
A maximum of two medium-sized dogs are allowed. Additional cost: 5 euros per pet per night.

Since January 2025, there has been a 24-hour supermarket in Bingum.



In addition, there is a strict no-smoking policy in the holiday rental. Outside the apartment, smoking is permitted on our balcony. The door and windows must be closed while smoking.
Due to negative experiences in the past, please be advised that failure to comply with these house rules will result in us being forced to charge you for cleaning the apartment!



Noa Holiday Rental:

The apartment is approximately 85 square metres in size, filled with natural light, and features a balcony, a garden, and a terrace. The bedroom has a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), and the second bedroom has two single beds. Additionally, one of the beds can be pulled out. A travel cot is also available.

The open-concept kitchen is modern and well-equipped.
The living and dining room offers plenty of seating, a flat-screen TV, as well as board games and books.
The modern bathroom features a shower, a double sink, a washing machine, and a toilet.

It is a well-maintained, non-smoking apartment. Smoking is permitted on the balcony.
It was completely renovated and freshly refurbished in 2022.
A medium-sized dog is allowed upon request.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
