The modern holiday apartment Pino is located on the top floor of Villa Mara. The comfortable furnishings on 78 square meters offer optimal living quality for two to six people.

Living room:
A beautifully designed living room with a separate dining area invites you to linger. In addition, the living room has a comfortable sofa, armchairs, free WiFi, and a. A large flat-screen satellite TV is ideal for relaxed movie evenings and with the Bluetooth speaker you can enjoy your own crystal-clear music enjoyment. There are also interesting games and books for adults and children.

Kitchen:
In the modern kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, spices and modern kitchen utensils you can conjure up your favorite meal quickly and easily. A filter coffee machine and a capsule machine are available for your coffee enjoyment.

Bedroom:
All 3 bedrooms each have two single beds. These can also be pushed together in a room if necessary. The bedrooms are equipped with a spacious closet, standing mirror and some with a sideboard with a lockable drawer. Upon request, we will be happy to provide you with a cot and high chair free of charge

Bathroom:
The beautiful bathroom with a spacious vanity unit with hairdryer, large shower, facial tissues and towel radiator and a separate toilet completes the overall picture.

The park-like outdoor areas invite you to sunbathe and relax. Seating furniture with cushions and a grill are available.
A free parking space is available for you on the property.

Washing machine and dryer are available for a small fee (coin-operated machine) in the basement of the property.
Bed linen, towels and WiFi are free of charge.
Villa Mara also offers a wallbox.

The holiday apartment is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. In order to be able to prepare this for subsequent guests, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Hand or Tea towels and bed linen are included. Beds are made upon your arrival.
Upon request, we can provide you with a travel cot and a high chair.

Villa Mara is located right on the quiet edge of the forest, right next to the nature reserve with its many hiking trails and cross-country ski trails. Within walking distance you can reach the leisure and adventure pool with indoor and outdoor leisure pools, wave pool and slides, wellness area with saunas and treatment rooms, which promises lots of fun and action.
You can reach the city with its national, well-known shopping boulevard and numerous shopping opportunities as well as attractive restaurants through the large spa park of Bad Lauterberg. There is a mini golf course with shuffleboard, headis and football billiards, an outdoor fitness park and the large dream playground.
