Modern apartment in the heart of Grünstadt

Our modern holiday rental is centrally located in Grünstadt, surrounded by vineyards, right above our store “Das Stoffatelier” on the pedestrian street. Numerous cafés, restaurants, shops, and the tourist information office (about 100 m away) are within easy walking distance. The location is ideal for exploring the Palatinate and its wine villages—by car, bike, or train. Perfect for couples or business travellers who appreciate comfort and short distances.

The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and can accommodate up to three people. There is a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), and a sofa bed in the living room can be used as an additional sleeping option (135x190 cm).

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and all essential kitchen utensils.

A washing machine and dryer are available in the building and can be used free of charge. To access the apartment, you must climb stairs; there is no lift. For babies, we have a cot, playpen, and high chair available upon request. The apartment is generally not childproofed. Please consult with us before booking if you have children aged 1–7. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Our guests enjoy the apartment all to themselves. Bicycles or motorcycles can be securely parked in the locked courtyard during your stay.

The apartment does not have its own parking space. There are some paid parking options in the immediate vicinity (paid parking Mon–Sat 8 a.m.–6 p.m., daily ticket 3.50 EUR). Additional free parking options can be found in the wider area. You may stop briefly right in front of the apartment for loading and unloading.
