The "Ankerplatz" holiday rental on Norderney is located on Damenpfad. Damenpfad is about 150 metres from the beach and about 400 metres from the centre of the island. Damenpfad is characterised by its houses, some of which were built in the early 20th-century seaside resort architectural style. The building housing the “Ankerplatz” holiday rental has been restored and modernised. The holiday rental is located on the mezzanine level and is accessible via 5 steps.

The interior design features a bright colour scheme. The two-room apartment is furnished with a double bed (180m x 200m) in the bedroom. The small bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a dishwasher.

The balcony is approximately 5.5 square metres in size, faces away from the street, and is oriented towards the southeast (view of the garden). The “Ankerplatz” apartment was specifically designed for adult guests; reservations with small children cannot be accommodated. Like all apartments, this one is a “non-smoking apartment.” Dogs are not permitted in this apartment.
