The apartment is on the ground floor of the building and is particularly suitable for 1–2 people. The beach (here: Nordstrand) is only about 300 metres away. There are also several cafés and restaurants there. Not only the beach but also the island’s centre is just a few minutes’ walk away. Several of the island’s bike paths also begin in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment was designed with an emphasis on high-quality furniture. It also features a south-facing balcony measuring approximately 10 square metres. Barbecuing is not permitted on the balcony. The one-room apartment is equipped with a double box-spring bed.

For added convenience, the building offers a shared washing machine and dryer, both of which are coin-operated. A special highlight of the apartment complex is the on-site swimming pool, which is available to residents free of charge. It is located in the basement of the building. There is also a sauna that can be used by inserting coins.

The holiday rental “Düsenrose, Apt. 12” also warmly welcomes dogs. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed (height no higher than knee-level). The dog park is located near the ferry terminal (no leash required).
