The “Villa Stefanie 1” apartment, spanning approximately 85 square metres on the ground floor (with two steps leading up to the front door), features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The third bedroom has a single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and integrated into the living area. Among other things, the kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, as well as pots, pans, and dishes. There is a TV in the living room and in all bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a small sitting area. The apartment also features a terrace.
