Apartment No. 7 is on the ground floor and can accommodate up to four people. The building has an lift. The Kurplatz, the pedestrian zone, and several shops, cafés, and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away. The beach is only about 500 metres away.

Apartment 7 is on the side of the building facing away from the street. Inside the apartment, there is a living area with a fold-out bed (160 cm wide) and a modern kitchen. There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed and access to the terrace. The bright and well-equipped bathroom rounds out the living space. The highlight of the apartment is the approximately 18-square-meter terrace. It can be accessed not only from the bedroom but also from the living area. A washing machine and dryer are located in the building and are available for shared use (coin-operated), which is particularly convenient for longer stays. Dogs are not allowed in this apartment.
