The "Kaiserhof 2.12" holiday rental is located in the "Kaiserhof" apartment building, which sits at the corner of Bismarckstraße and Kaiserstraße. The building is right on the water, just a few steps from the beach. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. The building has an lift.

The separate bedroom in this two-room apartment features a double bed, and the living room has a sleeper sofa that can accommodate two additional guests. A small kitchenette is very well equipped, and the bathroom has a shower. The bathroom is wheelchair-accessible (see photos). The approximately 9-square-meter balcony, with a side view of the sea, faces east. The apartment comes with one of the few parking spaces* at the Kaiserhof.

In the “Kaiserhof” apartment building, residents have access to a washing machine and a clothes dryer (for a fee, operable via app). There is also a sauna available, which can be used by inserting coins. Please note that the swimming pool is closed due to a technical malfunction. Bicycles can be parked in front of the building on the lake side. Dogs are not permitted in this apartment.

The in-house sauna will be unavailable until approximately spring 2027, possibly longer.
