Kalfamer 39 - Norderney

The "Kalfamer 39" holiday rental, a one-room apartment, is located on the third floor of the "Kalfamer" building on Strandstraße, right on the beach. This apartment has been completely renovated by the current owner. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people. It is approximately 50 metres to the beach. Many restaurants, cafés, and other shopping options are also within walking distance.

The apartment is equipped with a fold-away bed (double bed). The fold-away bed, which can be neatly stowed away during the day, ensures plenty of space to move around inside the apartment. A highlight of the apartment is the terrace with a side view of the sea and an integrated sunroom. Another highlight is the building’s swimming pool. This is available free of charge (for shared use) to guests of the “Kalfamer” building. A washing machine and dryer are located in the building and are available (for shared use for a fee), which is particularly convenient for longer stays. Dogs are not allowed in this holiday rental.

Note: The sliding door between the living area and the “winter garden” cannot be closed.
