Welcome to the Villa Claudia holiday apartment in Pertisau on Lake Achensee!
Comfortable first-floor holiday apartment measuring approximately 75 m² with east, south, and west-facing balconies. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, egg cooker, coffee maker, toaster, and a modern seating area. The large living room features a cosy sofa area, a small library, and, of course, satellite TV. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, and radio. A separate toilet and two bedrooms, furnished in the Tyrolean country house style, complete our holiday apartment.
The central location with a beautiful lawn, the ideal starting point for hikes, the proximity to the lake (5 minutes), and the cross-country ski trails behind our house offer a delightful holiday experience for 2 to 4 people. Children under 2 years of age stay free. A cot (crate bed) and high chair are available free of charge. There is a children’s playground nearby. The Karwendel and Rofan mountains surround the beautiful Achensee, and our holiday home is nestled in the midst of this stunning landscape.



3-room apartment:

A modern and comfortably furnished holiday apartment on the 1st floor of our single-family home. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa and satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen-dining area, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, a hallway, a storage room, heating, and balconies facing southeast and west.



On-site fees: Infants under two years of age stay free of charge. A cot and high chair are available free of charge upon request.



Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
