We loved staying at Derek's place and we even got to meet Derek. He is a wonderful guy who genuinely cares about our well-being. The studio was very clean and spacious for our needs. It was great to have a full kitchen to prepare our meals and I appreciated the wagon to carry our belongings around to the studio entrance. Everything is very new and the bed and furniture were wonderfully comfortable. Not only did we enjoy biking on the nearby Mesabi Trail, the stargazing was fabulous too. Thanks Derek for all the work you have done to create these rentals and sharing part of your home with us.

Quiet peaceful property. Derek was great as well as other people at the location. Very welcoming and new! Love all the added Minnesota touches too! Highly recommend!

Beautiful new listing! Comfortable spot on a stunning property. I made some suggestions of simple additions to make to the kitchen and the host was very open to my ideas. He was very accommodating and a great communicator. Check in was easy. Would definitely stay again!
