In der Wohnung ist alles, was man benötigt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Da unsere Wohnung zur Straße hin ausgerichtet war, wurde es nachts recht laut.

Alles eben OK aber auch gerade so, dass man sich nicht als Gast und König fühlt.

Das Wochenende war schön und wir haben Strand, Wind und unsere Zusammenkunft genossen. Die Unterkunft hat das leider nicht unterstrichen und so werden wir eine andere Wahl treffen, wenn wir nächstes Jahr wieder nach Kühlungsborn fahren. So hat die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption hat meine Stimmung gedrückt. Obwohl es sich um Kleinigkeiten handelt! Z.B. habe ich die Anreisezeit überschritten, das wurde super gelöst vom Strandjuwel, dennoch war die Kommunikation am Telefon erst einmal vorwurfsvoll. Auch die spätere Anfrage zum Zustand des Appartements, der zusätzlichen Schlafgelegenheit oder dem Parkplatz verlief nicht unbeschwert. Dann geben die Fotos den in die Tage gekommen Zustand des Appartements nur unzureichend wieder, das trifft auch für die Sauna zu... Alles eben OK aber auch gerade so, dass man sich nicht als Gast und König fühlt.

Lage super! Wohnung 228 inakzeptabel

Die Lage des Strandjuwels ist super. Das Appartement 228 war zwar sauber allerdings entspricht die Einrichtung und der Zustand nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Man merkt leider sehr deutlich, dass es aufgrund der guten Lage und somit hohen Auslastung nicht notwendig ist, das Appartement mal auf einen neueren Stand zu bringen. Die Betten fanden wir furchtbar. Das Bad war Mini. Esstisch mit Stühlen und Couch okay. Die Küche älter als alt. Ansonsten war für uns echt schwierig, dass die Wohnung nach Westen ausgerichtet ist und es somit sehr warm in den Räumen war. Hier sollte in eine vernünftige Abdunklung investiert werden - und es waren nur 25 Grad draußen. Einschlafen für unseren Sohn war schwierig aufgrund der Helligkeit und der Wärme. Fenster öffnen könnte man aber die Strandstraße ist recht belebt und laut. Der Empfang in der Appartementanlage war sehr freundlich und sauber war es auch. Wenn wir nochmal buchen sollten, würden wir unbedingt eine andere Wohnung wählen .

Traum von einem Kurzurlaub

Unsere Ferienwohnung in der 3. Etage befand sich nicht nur 100 m von der Seebrücke entfernt, sondern bot vom Balkon einen schönen Blick auf die Strandstrasse und das Meer. Die Einrichtung ließ keine Wünsche offen und das gesamte Objekt liegt sehr günstig, denn viele Geschäfte und Restaurants liegen in direkter Nähe. Das Wetter spielte mit und so war dieser Kurzurlaub ein Traum.
