Hafen-Appartement Fritz WE 12: exclusive 2-room apartment close to the beach in the marina

This exclusive and stunningly beautiful 2-room apartment (approx. 58 m² of living space plus approx. 27 m² of balcony or roof terrace) on the ground floor (with an lift) offers a high level of comfort and is tastefully and fully furnished.

The living area features high-quality floor tiles, while the bedroom has high-quality vinyl flooring with an elegant wood-grain finish. The entire apartment is equipped with in-floor heating. For cosy evenings during the colder months, there is a comfortable wood-burning stove in the living room. Please bring your own firewood—it can also be purchased on-site at petrol stations.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 3 people. For small children, we’re happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the spacious entryway, which features a coat rack, built-in closets, a bench, and a large wall mirror, you can easily access all the rooms in your apartment.

The exclusive and very cosy living/dining room offers a spectacular and beautiful view of the Baltic Sea right in front of you and the picturesque boat harbour thanks to the large floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows: right in the middle of it all, not just watching from the sidelines…! The living room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, armchair, throw pillows, and a coffee table, a separate large dining table with 4 chairs, as well as various side tables and shelves.

From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 27 m² sunny rooftop terrace with views in all directions: directly to the Baltic Sea in the north, with magnificent sunrises in the east, the midday sun in the south, and romantic, dreamlike sunsets behind the nearby pier in the west. The rooftop terrace is furnished with two seating areas featuring patio furniture and a lounge chair. Here you can sit back and relax, watching the lively hustle and bustle on the promenade below you or in the marina in front of you, or enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental features a modern smart TV as well as a stereo system with DAB radio and Bluetooth. In addition, the apartment features free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any disruptions) as well as a selection of games (board games, party games, and card games).

The open-concept kitchen features a fully equipped, high-end built-in kitchenette with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cosy and spacious bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a spacious closet, and 2 throw pillows, and also offers direct access to the rooftop terrace.

The pull-out sofa in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third person. Both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with blackout curtains and sun-blocking blinds, respectively, to ensure a good night’s sleep.

The spacious, nautical-style bathroom features a shower with a clear glass shower enclosure, a large vanity with a full-width wall mirror, and a large vanity cabinet with plenty of storage compartments. The toilet with a sink is located in a separate room next to the bathroom.

You can store your jackets and shoes in the entryway, which features a coat rack with a bench and a wall mirror. There are also several built-in closets there with additional storage space.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment, located right next to the building.

The lift provides convenient access to all floors of the apartment building.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see prices).

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the rooftop terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by 2 people. For occupancy by 3 people, a surcharge of €10.00 per night applies for the third person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting our staff by phone.
