Wir wurden zwar gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung wäre. Aber die Frage ist eigentlich nur pro forma. Man zeigte wenig Verständnis für unsere Anmerkungen. Solche Aussagen: Da soll ich wohl jeden Abend nachsehen, ob ab 22:00 Uhr alles ruhig ist.... Wir mieten schon 9 Jahre in diesem Objekt eine FeWo, die Betreuung war bisher immer sehr gut. Die 2 Sternchen sind für den Hausmeister. Es war wir immer alles sehr gepflegt. Er hätte glatte 5 Punkte verdient,...

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage, mit angeschlossener Tiefgarage. Die Sauberkeit könnte Besser sein. Es ist nicht schön, wenn wann in den Decken- Wandbereichen die Staub- und Spinnweben einschließlich der Spinnen erst einmal beseitigen muss.
