We had to cancel after entering the loft and finding only one bed instead of the 3 beds listed on the website. On calling the listed number “Vanessa” with Family Time Vacation Rentals in Utah (the loft is in Oregon) refused to believe me and repeatedly claimed there were “floor mats” which wasn’t true, not that mats on a cement floor was going to be a satisfactory replacement for the promised twin beds. After a lot of haggling Vanessa offered to send us to a more expensive place but by then all trust in their agency was broken. Going through the claims process is not the stressful aggravation one wants to experience on vacation. A week later no refund has been received. Never again!
