☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆

Designed with comfort and flexibility in mind, this waterfront retreat offers multiple sleeping spaces perfect for families and groups traveling together.

Main House:
Each of the 3 bedrooms features a comfortable Queen bed, creating warm and restful private spaces after a day on the water. Bedrooms include convenient clothing racks for easy unpacking and extended stays.

Cottage:
The cozy cottage provides additional privacy and flexibility for larger groups. Upstairs, guests will find a private sleeping area with two twin size beds. The main floor living room also includes a Queen-size sofa bed, and its own tiny bathroom, making the cottage a perfect setup for another family, teens, or extra guests.

The main house features a full bathroom, while the cottage includes its own private bathroom on the first floor. All bathrooms are thoughtfully stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, body wash so you can settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive.

☆☆ KITCHEN & RELAXING AREAS ☆☆

The open-concept kitchen in the main house is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners. Guests will enjoy access to cookware, dishes, utensils, a coffee maker(dripping), toaster, dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, and hot water kettle for added convenience. (Please note that coffee/sugar/salt/spices are not provided, please bring your own.)

The dining area comfortably seats 8-10 guests, creating the perfect gathering space for meals, games, and quality time together.(We currently have 6 dining chairs and 3 folded chairs)

After a day outdoors, relax in the spacious living room featuring a Smart TV and Xbox/PS3 entertainment system. The cottage also includes its own cozy lounge area with another Smart TV + Xbox setup, giving everyone extra room to unwind.

High-speed WiFi throughout the property makes it easy to stream, work remotely, or stay connected during your stay.

This property truly shines outdoors. Both the main house and cottage are located directly on the waterfront, offering guests a peaceful and private setting surrounded by nature.

Spend your mornings enjoying coffee by the water, afternoons exploring the lake with the 4 kayaks and 1 canoe provided, and evenings gathered around the firepit under the stars. The outdoor space also includes a BBQ, outdoor dining table, multiple chairs including classic Muskoka seating, and plenty of open yard space for relaxing or spending time together.

The treehouse adds a fun touch for families, while the private waterfront setting creates a quiet escape perfect for reconnecting and slowing down.

Parking is available on-site for multiple vehicles, making arrivals simple for larger groups.
