War ok, für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Pros: Die Betten waren gut und das Bad war neuwertig. Insgesamt alles sauber. Cons: Insgesamt war alles sehr spartanisch eingerichtet und auch die Küchenausstattung empfanden wir leider als sehr minimalistisch. Einige Teile z.B. eine normal grosse Salatschüssel, statt einer kleinen alten Plastikschüssel, der Mini-Toaster (kein Backofen vorhanden) war nur für eine Scheibe Toast zu verwenden, so musste immer einer mit dem Essen warten und noch viele andere Kleinigkeiten, hätte das Kochen mehr Freude bereitet. Das Sofa, was gleichzeitig auch als Schlafsofa hätte dienen können, war durchgesessen. Ein kleiner Beistelltisch wäre auch schön gewesen, wohin mit seinen Getränken, abends? Das TV an der Wand hängt sehr unpraktisch, die Sicht darauf eingeschränkt, leider ließ sich die Aufhängung auch nicht verstellen. Insgesamt machte das Appartement einen eher lieblosen Eindruck. Schade, es hat den Namen "Residenz " leider nicht verdient.

Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön gelegen mit sehr freundlichen Gastgeber

Pros: Die ruhige Lage des Hauses sowie die sehr schöne und gepflegte Außenanlage. Cons: Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig.
