Located in Tovo San Giacomo, between Finale Ligure and Pietra Ligure and just minutes from the beaches of Varigotti, Noli, and Alassio, this 300 m² villa accommodates up to 9 guests and 1 child (0-3 years). Spread over two floors, the villa offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one with washer and dryer), air conditioning throughout (wind-free systems in bedrooms), central heating, and Wi-Fi suitable for video calls.



The private kitchen is equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, espresso machines, ice maker, and more. There’s a dedicated workspace. Two highchairs, a crib, a dressing room with changing table, and toys for children are included.



Outside, you'll find a large fenced private garden and spacious terraces with stunning sea and mountain views. There’s a pergola, gazebo, barbecue, wood-fired oven, swings, and a slide—perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors. Five or six private parking spaces are available. Only one small pet is allowed.



For leisure, enjoy new ping-pong and foosball tables, fitness equipment, infrared sauna, and play area. Electric vehicle charging station available for an extra fee. Public transport 500 m away. Events not allowed. Check-in: Saturday or Sunday. Check-out: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.



Nearby: MTB trails, hiking, climbing, water sports, paragliding, and hang gliding. The villa was renovated in 2023 with sustainable materials and energy-saving solutions. Utilities (water, gas, electricity, recycling, etc.) are all included. Cleaning, sanitization, gardening fees, and tourist tax are available for an extra fee.

We spent two wonderful weeks at this holiday home and can highly recommend it! With a group of 8 adults and 2 children, we had plenty of space, and the house matched the descriptions in the listing perfectly.The location of the holiday home is simply stunning. The view was breathtaking and made our stay even more special. The surroundings always delighted us.We particularly want to highlight the fantastic recreational opportunities nearby. We spent a lot of time mountain biking, and the trails in the area were amazing. Road cycling was also great, with ideal roads for it. For the climbing enthusiasts in our group, there were excellent options in the region as well.The entire process was very smooth. Communication with the host was friendly and uncomplicated, making check-in and our stay very easy.Overall, it was a perfect vacation, and we would come back anytime. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
