• Check-in & Check-out:
Standard check-in time begins at 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be arranged, subject to availability and potential fees. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests requiring a late check-out should contact the team in advance for availability and pricing.

• Security Deposit:
A refundable deposit of £500 may be required to cover incidental charges or potential damage during your stay.

• No Party Policy:
This property enforces a strict no-party, no-gathering policy. A minimum automatic charge of £2,000 will apply for any violation, and further legal action may be taken in accordance with the Antisocial Behaviour Act 2003.

• No Smoking Policy:
Smoking is not permitted within the property. A fee of £300 will be charged for any violations, including necessary cleaning or odor removal services.

• Damage Reporting Policy:
Guests are required to report any damages or missing items within 48 hours of check-in. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in charges after departure. The host reserves the right to recover costs for unreported damage or loss.
