Welcome to Willow Street Retreat, a comfortable and thoughtfully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in Erie, Pennsylvania. Whether you're visiting for a family vacation, a weekend getaway, a sporting event, a college visit, or a business trip, you'll find everything you need to relax and feel at home.

Conveniently located near Presque Isle State Park, the Bayfront, downtown Erie, local wineries, sporting venues, and Penn State Behrend, Willow Street Retreat makes it easy to enjoy everything the Erie area has to offer while still having a quiet place to return to at the end of the day.

🏡 Home Highlights

First Floor (Living & Entertainment): Features a bright, open-concept living area designed for gathering. Settle in for a movie by the gas fireplace, challenge your group to a game night, or whip up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, which features a large island (seating for 6), a dishwasher, and a Keurig Duo coffee maker (starter supplies provided!).

Outdoor Living: Unwind on the enclosed front porch or spend your evenings relaxing on the covered back deck.

Second Floor (Bedrooms & Baths): Comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 upstairs bedrooms. This level includes 2 full bathrooms: a private en-suite inside the primary bedroom, and a second full hallway bath servicing the remaining guest rooms. Please note that all bedrooms and bathrooms require climbing a flight of stairs.

Please note that Willow Street Retreat is a non-smoking, pet-free property. Parties, events, and unauthorized overnight guests are not permitted. A Rental Agreement form must be acknowledged within 24 hours of booking acceptance and additional guest information and photo ID for the primary guest must be submitted. Failure to provide required information may result in cancellation in accordance with platform policies.

Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Dispose of all trash in designated outdoor receptacles. If the stay includes Sunday evening, place outdoor trash receptacles at the curb for scheduled pickup.
Turn off electronics and small appliances.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. The Primary Renter shall provide the full names and ages of all overnight guests.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
The Primary Renter may be required to provide a valid government-issued photo ID through the booking platform's messaging system prior to check-in.
