Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt. Das Haus ist in unmittelbarer MeernĂ€he und auch zur SeebrĂŒcke und zu GeschĂ€ften. Die Wohnung liegt im Obergeschoss, es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl. Der Weg vom Parkplatz zum Haus ist etwa 100 m lang und nicht barrierefrei. In der Wohnung fehlte eine Mikrowelle.
