🔸Enter the home with one step. On the main level, there's one 1/2 bathroom, kitchen, dining, and living room, as well as direct access to the screened porch from the game room.



🔹 The upper level has four bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.



🔸The lower level is host to the theatre room the gym, ping pong, and two arcade games, couch, 85" smart TV and laundry room.

🔹Upon entering, you'll see the large family room to your left w/ a 60" Smart TV, large sectional sofa, swivel conversation style chairs (perfect for coffee), and a shuffleboard table.



🔸A few steps away is the dining room with an 8 seat table, and our kitchen that is ideal for large groups or families to mingle mingle while you cook.



🔹Food lovers will appreciate our fully stocked kitchen w/ a large island, 2 barstools, granite countertops, & Viking appliances



🔸After brewing your complimentary coffee or heating some tea, walk into our fire place room to relax, and then step outside into the screened porch overlooking the backyard and pool. Here you can have lunch outside, watch TV, or keep out of the sun while others are out in the yard



🔹Soak in the privacy from the sauna, hot tub, pool, or outdoor furniture. And while you're outside, enjoy the games, fire pit, and gas grill. The pool is CLOSED October 2nd, 2026 and will reopen on May 7th, 2027.

Vehicle will be your best form of transportation.



Other Things to Note:

🔸 All overnight guests must be included on the reservation. If you plan to have additional visitors at the property during your stay (such as for a family gathering, birthday celebration, reunion, or hosting local friends), please let us know in advance. Day visitors are welcome with prior approval from the host, and will be charged a a $15 per person visitor fee through the booking platform after your reservation is confirmed. To ensure a great experience for everyone and to comply with our house rules, all visitors must be disclosed and approved before arriving.



🔹 Two pets maximum per stay (A pet fee will apply). But pets are not allowed in the pool or hot tub.



🔸 Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to inclement weather or personal emergencies. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. If this is a concern of yours, there's travel insurance for your stay through the booking platform.



🔹 Before your arrival, we kindly ask that you complete a quick guest verification through our trusted third-party provider, Guesty. This request is within the guidelines of this platform's terms and conditions, and helps us ensure a safe experience for our guests, and our properties are kept in great condition. It only takes about 2 minutes to complete.



🔸 We have two parking spaces in the garage and two in the driveway. Overnight street parking is available, but please prioritize garage and driveway parking out of respect for our neighbors.



🔹The pool is OPEN until 10/2/2026 and will reopen May 7th, 2027



🔸We have a noise decibel reader on the interior of our home. This cannot and does not record audio. It picks up noise levels so that we can help eliminate unwanted activity at our home.
