The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
After you unlock the front door, please return the key immediately to the lock box to prevent it from getting lost.
Please lower all shades when departing, and turn off air conditioner.
Please do not use the electric heat in the rooms, we have three rinnai heaters that work great. Also, we have two large ceiling fans, one in the kitchen and one in the family room for cooling.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
