Great little community but the apartment needs improvements.

While the community itself is cute, very quiet and a couple of minutes drive from everything, the apartment itself could use some love. We had a pretty bad sewer smell for the entire 12 days we spent there, had to buy a bunch of candles to cover it, we notified the hosts on day 1 but they didn’t do anything about it. Overall the place could use a good clean up, no top sheets in the beds, towels are old and stained, dishes are chipped, patio decks were dirty and messy with miss-matched broken furnitures. The outdoor AC unit leaks causing half the balcony floor to be wet. Last but not least the AC unit is on a timer… so anytime you leave the apartment or go to sleep it gets really cold. I understand that some renters could abuse the electricity usage but freezing for 2 weeks is not what I call vacations. We would not rent this place again.
