Wir waren ueberrascht, dass der Gast, der scheinbar vorzeitig angereist war, zur Touristikinformation gefahren ist und uns von dort hat anrufen lassen. Der Gast hat zu keinem Zeitpunkt die gebuchte Wohnung gesehen und mit schwer nachvollziehbaren Argumenten seinen Widerwillen zur erneuten Anreise erklaert. Unterirdesches Verhalten und Kommikation.
