Located in the charming village of Mary Tavy, where you can go for beautiful walks, cycles and wild swims. The Dartmoor Way, The Archangel’s Way and route 27 of the National Cycling Network will be right on your doorstep. This is also an ideal base to explore the wider area in your car, Tavistock within 10 minutes, Lydford in 5, Okehampton or Princetown in 20 and an hour to the seaside towns of Bude or Newquay in Cornwall.

Recently refurbished three-bedroom detached bungalow (2 doubles and 1 single). A full bathroom and a separate WC. Open plan kitchen/diner and lounge. A back garden and a front garden with driveway for 2 cars. A third car could park in front of the house if needed.
