Villa 'Andrea - Palau' with Private Terrace
Located at Vecchio Marino, in particularly quiet and elegant area of the town and convenient to the beaches, center and all services of Palau. Beautiful Villa with large garden, consisting of: living room with kitchen area, 2 double rooms (one with en-suite bathroom) and one room with bunk beds two double rooms, a second bathroom. Outside there is a beautiful shaded veranda of considerable size, large garden of 270 square meters arranged on three sides from which stand out beautiful granite rocks, there is also an outdoor shower. It has air conditioning throughout the rooms and in the lounge/kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven and TV.
It has a private reserved covered parking space on private property.
One small dog only is allowed.
