Serignan, on the banks of the Orb, is a haven of peace just outside Béziers. The town offers a unique architectural heritage, a landscape of vineyards and a beautiful coastline on the Mediterranean. Indeed, Sérignan offers one of the most beautiful beaches in the area and is rich in events and festivals.

From the apartment complex Les Terrasses Marines, where the apartment is located, the Canal du Midi and the sea are just a few kilometers away. The medieval town of Beziers is also just a few kilometers away. Everything can be easily reached by bike, car or bus.

You will be staying in a spacious, bright apartment in a quiet and secure luxury residential complex. It has 86 sqm of living space plus a 36 sqm terrace, which is partially covered.

The modern apartment was completely renovated and refurnished two years ago and is in top condition. It is fully equipped, nothing is missing. There is also a lockable garage for your bicycles only.

You will find a bright living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a second bedroom with a 140x190 bed. The third bedroom has two 80x200 beds that can be used separately or joined together.

The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with a dishwasher. Cleaning products and kitchen towels are provided. Bathroom with shower/WC with towels for all guests (no beach towels) as well as a guest WC and a storage room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, broom, etc. are available.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned, all rooms can be heated as well. It is also equipped with TV, WiFi and fiber optic internet access.

It should also be mentioned that the apartment complex is very quiet. Loud celebrations or parties are not allowed there. The entire complex is secured, as is the apartment itself with window locks and shutters. You can park your car free of charge directly in front of the house.

The center of Sérignan and several supermarkets are just a few minutes' walk away. There are plenty of parking spaces available. In the center of the old town is the beautiful Place de la Republique (La Promenade) with lovely cafés and restaurants.

Das Appartement ist sehr schön, die Räume sind groß und sehr hell.Die große Terrasse kann selbst im November gut genutzt werden, da es noch viel Sonne gab und Temperaturen bis 20 Grad.Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden.Es gibt eine neue italienische Duschkabine die riesig ist und mit einer tollen Regendusche ausgestattet ist.Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das nächste Mal bleiben wir länger als nur ein paar Tage.

Super Urlaub

Der Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung war sehr ruhig und erholsam, wir wurden zu Anfang direkt vom Gastgeber in Empfang genommen und eingewiesen. Die Sauberkeit war TOP. Wir nutzten die Ferienwohnung als Basis, um Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung durchzuführen. Ein Flyer mit sehr vielen verschiedenen Ausfügszielen liegt in der Wohnung, so konnte man täglich neue Ziele erkunden. Fazit: Rundum zufrieden!!

Top Appartment

Von Anfang bis Ende eine schöne Woche in diesem Top Appartment! Die Vermieter sind mega nett, hilfsbereit und maximal flexibel. Wir kamen etwas später als ursprünglich geplant, auch das war kein Problem. Die klimatisierte Wohnung selbst liegt ebenerdig im Erdgeschoss mit toller Terrasse in einer sehr ruhigen Anlage und bietet alles was man so braucht. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Aldi, Lidl und Carrefour liegen wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Zu den Stränden Valras und Serignan Plage fährt man ca. 15min und es gibt dort viele kostenlose Parkplätze wenn man ein wenig schaut. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Appartement fonctionnel, propre et agréable

Accueil et remise des clefs très sympathiques. Très propre, bien équipé avec des commerces de proximité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, nous étions comme à la maison. Super Aufenthalt sogar im November in Serignan

Das Appartement ist sehr schön, hell und großzügig. Die Region ist auch im November noch eine Reise wert, es gibt sehr angenehme Temperaturen sowie viel Licht und Sonne,die schöne grosseTerrasse konnten wir auch nutzen. Das Appartement ist komplett eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Lediglich eine Mikrowelle wäre noch schön. Die luxemburgischen Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sie leben nicht weit weg im Ort Serignan. Das Angebot einer abschließbaren Garage im Souterrain fand ich toll. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Superbe location

Pour nous qui connaissions Serignan la location était idéal. L appartement est au calme et proche des commerces. Il est très bien équipé on avait vraiment tout a disposition. La terrasse est magnifique . La clim est top. Nous avons passés un magnifique sejour. Sehr sauberes Apartment

Das Appartement war sehr sauber, geräumig und wirklich gut ausgestattet. Von den Vermietern wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. In der Nähe gibt es einen großen Supermarkt, Strand und Ort sind etwas entfernt. Der Strand ist sehr groß und flach, auch mit kleinen Kindern passend.
