Albrechtsburg Castle, the Porcelain Manufactory, the Elbe Cycle Path, and the train station are all nearby...<br><br>This 62 m² apartment combines historic charm with modern design. It’s located on the 2nd floor of a historic building (dating from 1886) right on Theaterplatz, with a fantastic view of the theatre, Albrechtsburg Castle, and many impressive buildings. The building on Theaterplatz was lovingly renovated in 2021 by an architect couple. In the stairwell, you can admire beautiful murals and feel as though you’ve been transported back to the 19th century.<br><br>The two-room apartment features a bright interior and accommodates up to four people.<br><br>To ensure you get a first-class night’s sleep, a cosy king-size bed (1.80 x 2 m) and hotel-quality bedding await you. A comfortable pull-out couch (1.40 x 2 m) in the living room allows all four guests to stay overnight.<br><br>The new built-in kitchen is fully equipped: induction stove, large refrigerator with a large freezer, electric kettle, toaster, and cookware. High-quality spices, olive oil, and everything else you need to cook delicious meals are also provided for you. You can use the washing machine free of charge.<br><br>We’ve also prepared various types of tea and a selection of coffee capsules for the NESPRESSO coffee machine.<br>You can enjoy your meal either at the stylish bar table with bar stools in the kitchen or in the dining area in the living room, which seats 4 people.<br><br>The 55" smart TV lets you access Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, or media libraries, or browse TV programming. Netflix is, of course, included and free for you to use during your stay. You can get cosy on the récamière, the couch, or the lounge chair and wind down the evening with books, magazines, or a board game.<br><br>In the bathroom, you can choose whether to take a shower or a bath. Of course, we provide fresh towels, a hair dryer, and bathroom essentials.<br><br>The fast Wi-Fi (100 Mbit/s) and the Nespresso coffee machine also make working in the apartment a pleasure.<br><br>Our guests can use our car park free of charge; it’s about a 2-minute walk from the apartment. The Meissen-Altstadt S-Bahn station is about an 8-minute walk away. The world-famous porcelain manufactory is just 1 km away. Dresden can be reached by car in 30 minutes or by S-Bahn in 45 minutes. Meissen is an ideal base for excursions to Moritzburg Castle, the Ore Mountains, and Saxon Switzerland.<br><br>Sarah is originally from the Meissen area, and we often visit the area ourselves to see family and friends back home.
