Apartment 'Für 3' with Shared Terrace, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

We invite you to discover the sights between Meissen and Dresden. Families with children are very welcome.



You live in a quiet location on the outskirts of Niederau with an unobstructed view over the old Elbe valley. A beautiful garden with barbecue and seating area invites you to linger.

The apartment on the first floor has been modernized to a high standard. In addition to a comfortably equipped sanitary unit with a spacious shower and a bedroom with a double bed, a cozy living/bedroom with a single bed, sofa bed and sitting area awaits you. Both rooms are equipped with SAT-TV. If required, an additional person or 2 children can sleep on the sofa bed. A small eat-in kitchen completes the unit. You are welcome to eat your meals here.



We wish you a pleasant stay.

The apartments are located in one half of a semi-detached house. Both apartments can be reached via a separate entrance.

These are self-contained units.

On the first floor you will find the "Apartment for 3".



A carport is available for your vehicle. You will find a cozy and quiet seating area with sun protection in the garden. You live right on the edge of the landscape conservation area in the old Elbe valley. Thanks to the proximity to Meissen and the good public transport connections, you can easily visit the most beautiful destinations in the area: the porcelain town of Meissen, Moritzburg Castle, Dresden with its art treasures, Saxon Switzerland and insider tips such as the historic mining town of Freiberg await you. We will be happy to send you recommendations for excursions in preparation for your stay with us.

Ein Kleinod zum Ausspannen

Pros: Am Morgen mit einer Tasse vor dem Haus sitzen, auf die Felder schauen und den Vögeln lauschen... Abendessen in der Nische zwischen Blumen und Sträuchern. Familie Rauschenbach hat einen total gepflegten, toll bepflanzten Garten und eine gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung! Die Kinder hatten ihr Zimmer und wir ein Schlafzimmer. Dazu Küche und ein modernisiertes Bad mit Regendusche. Einzig ein "Wohnzimmer" hat es nicht, aber wir konnten gut draußen das Wetter genießen. Genug Handtücher, geräumige Schränke und ein gutes Bett! Parkplatz vor dem Haus am Ende einer Straße, die in ein Landschaftsschutzgebiet übergeht. Direkt ab in die Natur zum Laufen oder radeln. Dresden in ca 40min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Cons: Wlan hätte etwas besser sein können, da musste man ein wenig suchen... Keine Spülmaschine

Pros: Buchung problemlos und Kontakt am Telefon zeigt schon, daß wir nichts falsch machen. Netter Empfang und super freundlich. Total zu empfehlen. Super Ausblick in die Natur, lohnt sich zum spazieren gehen. Ausstattung super, Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und die Küche ist erneuert worden. TV in den Zimmer und Radio im Bad. Das habe fast alle Hotels noch nicht einmal. Regendusche vorhanden. Betten sind bezogen und Handtücher stehen zur Verfügung. Sitzfläche im Garten vorhanden, aber aufgrund der Jahreszeit nicht genutzt. Wir wünschen der Familie Rauschenbach alles Gute und viele Gäste die die Räumlichkeiten schätzen, damit der nächste auch was davon hat.
