This modern holiday home is located on the outskirts of the town of Coin. It features 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a cosy, modern living room with a fireplace and additional sleeping space, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The house features 2 separate small terraces. Parking spaces are available on the enclosed property. A pool with sun loungers and a separate barbecue area are shared with this holiday home but are also occasionally used by the owners (German-speaking) who live on the property.
The property is enclosed, and the owners’ (separate) house is located on the property next to the holiday home.
If needed, 2 additional double rooms are available here for separate booking.

The town of Coin, with all necessary amenities (supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, etc.) as well as its charming old town, is also easily accessible on foot in 15 minutes. Málaga and its airport are about a 30-minute drive away. Marbella is about a 30-minute drive away. Day trips to Ronda, Seville, Granada, and many other destinations are highly recommended.

Wer einen tollen entspannten Urlaub sucht ist hier richtig.

Das Objekt ist einfach nur toll. Wir sind total freundlich empfangen worden, die Ferienwohnung war super, sehr sauber und an die ersten Getränke war auch bereits gedacht. Wir hatten viel Spaß im sehr sauberen Pool sowie an vielen Tagesausflügen, die man von dieser Fina aus sehr gut machen kann. Malaga und Marbella sind jeweils nur ca. 30 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Das fußläufig gut zu erreichende Coín bietet ebenfalls alles, was man benötigt. Das Einkaufen ist eine eine wahre Freude. Es gibt hier sehr gut organisierte Supermärkte, die auch am Sonntag geöffnet haben. Egal ob alleine oder mit der ganzen Famili, diese Finca ist immer eine Reise wert. Wir können es nur empfehlen..
