Wunderschöne Lage in gepflegtem bayerischen Landhaus auf großzügigem, sehr schön angelegtem Grundstück. Individueller Charakter. Aufmerksame und freundliche Vermieter. Bushaltestellen fußläufig, um zu den Attraktionen des BGer und des Salzburger Landes zu gelangen. Ausreichend Platz und Funktionalität des kleinen Apartments für zwei Personen. In der kompakten Kitchenette kann man auch warme Gerichte zubereiten. Wir kommen wieder!

Séjour très agréable

Maison et propriété calme, fleurie. Très agréable, avec la possibilité de déjeuner sur un balcon. Et très bien placée. Nous avons pu profiter du Festival de Salzbourg, de visites culturelles très intéressantes et de belles randonnées. Juste deux petits bémols: La cuisine est une cuisine de camping, très peu pratique pour réaliser quelque plat que ce soit. Internet est bien capricieux...

Schöner Urlaub in einer herrlichen Gegend

Schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung in einer landschaftlich herrlichen Umgebung. Die Nähe zu Österreich hat sich auch sehr positiv ausgewirkt, da das gastronomische Angebot in Bayrisch Gmain sehr übersichtlich ist. Vom Quartier aus hat man einenen herrlichen Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Man kann Wandern, Fahradfahren und die Kuranlage Bad Reichenhall besuchen. Alles liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe. So ist für jeden Urlaubstyp und jedes Wetter etwas dabei.

Schöne Wohnung in schöner Umgebung!

Die Vermieterin war uns eine sehr gute Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber und es findet sich alles was man braucht- von Kochutensilien bis zu diverser Unterhaltungselektronik! Auch ohne Auto kommt man vor Ort bestens zurecht.

Wonderful spot just 20 minutes from Salzburg

This apartment was so nicely decorated and so clean that we wondered whether we were the first visitors ever to stay there. We weren’t, but the care taken by the Gross family of their apartments keeps them looking that way. Our hosts were very friendly but not at all intrusive during our visit. The beds were very comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been nicer. There are walking paths with beautiful mountain views all through the area, starting right out the front door. A variety of sightseeing and recreational opportunities lie within a short drive, with minimal traffic. All in all, we had a wonderful visit and look forward to returning.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub in Bayerisch Gmain...

Ich wurde herzlich von der Vermieterin empfangen. Mir wurde alles gezeigt und Tipps für Aktivitäten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gegeben. Ich fühlte mich direkt sehr wohl in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Wohneinheit Predigtstuhl ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, hell und sehr sauber. Man hat einen herrlichen Blick in die Natur und kann sofort abschalten. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Ein Stellplatz für das Auto befindet sich direkt neben dem Haus auf dem Grundstück. Um Bayerisch Gmain kann man tolle Wanderungen machen und Bad Reichenhall ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auch für andere Ausflugsziele (Salzburg, Salzbergwerk, Berchtesgaden, Thumsee etc.) ist dieser Ausgangsort ideal. Ich hatte einen sehr entspannten und abwechslungsreichen Urlaub in den Bergen. Vielen Dank für Ihre Gastfreundschaft. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Nice, cosy and very authentic apartment!

We are coming here back almost every year for 6 years! And we don't even search another apartment. It is great here in summer and also in winter, if You like to skiing. Zell am See and Kaprun is nearby Owners Aurelia and Wilfried are very friendly and helpful. We are highly recmmmend to stay here! Juta & Gatis

Schönes, gepflegtes Apartment in toller Umgebung

Wir können das Apartment Predigtstuhl in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen. Die Ferienwohnung ist überdurchschnittlich sauber und gepflegtm gut ausgestattet und Teil eines schönen Grundstückes. Die Lage ist toll, da man praktich direkt im Ort ist und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig sind und außerdem schöne Wiesenflächen vor der Tür hat. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen der Umgebung. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Gern wieder.

Stay between 19th and 26th March 2016

Stayed here for a week. It was easy to get to being only 14 km from Salzburg Airport. Even in the dark, navigation was relatively straightforward. Aurelia was very friendly and explained the necessary admin details and also all the nice places to visit around the area. The apartment was immaculately clean and had all the amenities. The apartment was warm with underfloor heating in the bathroom (what luxury). The kitchen although a bit small allowed us to heat up some food that we brought from uk. The views the next morning was really stunning with all the mountains around you. You could almost imagine Julie Andrews running up the hill singing the sound of music. The apartment is actually in Germany but the Austrian border is only 5 minutes walk away. So we were able to have breakfast in Germany, then have lunch in Austria. Prices in restaurants around here are reasonable. Lake Konigsee and Ramsau (more beautiful mountain sceneries) are only about 30 minutes drive away. The famous mountain pass (Grossglockner) is only an hour's drive away. Unfortunately it is only open from 1st of May so was not able to go there. Going to Salzburg is easy. You can either drive there and park in the many park & ride locations or just take a bus that costs €6 return. So in summary, this apartment is a real gem and I highly recommend it. Looking forward to coming back in the summer to further explore the region. Have to say that one week is insufficient to explore everything that is around here. Virginia and William

Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub !

VON Fam.T aus Schleswig-Holstein. Eine sehr schöne,saubere Wohnung mit allem was man braucht.Sehr gepflegtes Anwesen und tolle Vermieter.Einzigartige Lage,sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem zentral zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten,Restaurants,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,Badeseen und Wanderwegen.Die Natur des Berchtesgadener Landes ist einfach umwerfend.Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.Vielen Dank Fam.Gross und Fr. Super Urlaub in den Bergen

Wir wurden herzlich von der Vermieterin empfangen und fühlten uns direkt sehr wohl in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße in Bayerisch Gmain. Die Wohneinheit Predigtstuhl ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, hell und sehr sauber. Man hat einen herrlichen Blick in die Natur und kann sofort abschalten. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Bei gutem Wetter kann man sich in den Garten legen und die schöne Landschaft genießen. Liegestühle und Auflagen sind vorhanden. Ein Stellplatz für das Auto befindet sich direkt neben dem Haus auf dem Gründstück. Um Bayerisch Gmain kann man tolle Wanderungen machen und Bad Reichenhall ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auch für andere Ausflugsziele (Königssee, Salzburg, Salzbergwerk, Chiemssee etc.) ist dieser Ausgangsort ideal. Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten und abwechslunsreichen Urlaub in den Bergen. Super Urlaub in den Bergen

In der Wohneinheit Predigtstuhl fühlten wir uns von Anfang an sehr wohl. Wir wurden herzlich von der Vermieterin empfangen. Sie war auch während des Aufenthaltes jederzeit für uns ansprechbar. Die ganze Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, hell und sehr sauber. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Das W-LAN wurde uns auf Wunsch auch zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in dem schönen Dorf Bayerisch Gmain in einer sehr ruhigen Straße mit herrlichem Blick in die Natur. In Bayerisch Gmain kann man tolle Wanderungen machen. Bad Reichenhall ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar und auch für andere Ausflugsziele (Königssee, Chiemsee, Salzburg, Salzbergwerk) ist die Lage perfekt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und abwechslungsreiche Woche in Bayern.

entspannter Winterurlaub

Sehr ruhig gelegen, wunderschönes Zimmer! Sauber und neuwertig, gemütlich eingerichtet. Uns mangelte an nichts. Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Umgebung zu Fuß gut zu erkunden, viel Spaziermöglichkeiten, Restaurants in der Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mit dem Auto nach z.B. Salzburg, Bad Reichenhall.
