Welcome to your retreat! This charming two-bedroom, one-bath home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, ideal for weekend getaways or extended business stays. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, cookware, and cutlery.

The spacious bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. Both bedrooms are designed for comfort, featuring TVs and ample closet space for longer stays.

Please note that access requires climbing five steps from the sidewalk to the house and one additional step to enter.

This home is one unit of a multi-unit property. The second unit has a private entrance and is also available as a short-term rental if additional space is needed. Both units share the yard, laundry area, and off-street parking.
