It is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible via a private entrance. Two parking spaces right in front of the building make it easy to load and unload your car.The apartment features 3 bedrooms with space for 5 people. One bedroom is furnished with a double box-spring bed (200 cm x 180 cm) and two extra-large duvets (220 cm x 155 cm). The second bedroom has two single beds (200 cm x 100 cm—seat height 55 cm), which can easily be pushed together. The third bedroom is furnished with a single bed (200 cm x 100 cm, TEMPUR mattress and TEMPUR pillow—seat height 50 cm).The very well-equipped kitchen—microwave, kettle, toaster, 1.7-liter coffee maker, espresso machine, milk frother, plenty of dishes, dishwasher, smoothie blender, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment and a crisper drawer for vegetables and drinks—leaves nothing to be desired.The spacious, bright living room, featuring a large bay window, a cosy wingback chair, a corner sofa, a flat-screen TV, a collection of games, and a height-adjustable coffee table, invites you to relax and unwind. The overall look is rounded out by several houseplants and tasteful handcrafted decorations. The bathroom, which has an exterior window, features a shower, bathtub, toilet, towel warmer, and hair dryer. A separate half-bath is available.The furniture and furnishings are harmoniously coordinated in colour, and the decor is lovingly arranged. SEELENPLATZL features several special touches: a cosy, three-sided glass-enclosed, heated sunroom with lounge furniture that can be used even in bad weather. In front of it is a lawn for sunbathing, a large grill, and a fire pit. There is also a terrace overlooking a peacefully splashing fountain. Payment is due in advance via bank transfer. A 20% deposit is due upon written confirmation, with the remaining 80% due up to 1 week before arrival. Cancellations made 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival will be charged at 50%. Later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the total price. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is due by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of 1.70 EUR per person (ages 18 and older) per night will be charged additionally on site. 0.85 EUR for a disability rating of 50% or higher; no charge for a disability rating of 100% or higher; 0.50 EUR for children ages 6 and up. The base rate includes towels, bed linens, toilet paper, paper towels, Wi-Fi, and two parking spaces on the property. A garage space for motorcycles, bicycles, or kayaks is available upon request for a fee.
