"Hammerblick" Apartment<br><br>Spend your next holiday in our cosy apartment—completely renovated in 2023—with a unique view of the Baltic Sea! This small apartment accommodates up to 4 people and is perfect for couples or families.<br><br>Our apartment features a large, sunny terrace where you can enjoy the view of the sea and relax. <br>The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), while the children’s room is equipped with a bunk bed (each 90 cm x 180 cm). The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all the necessary cooking utensils so you can whip up something delicious even while on holiday. There is a bathroom with a shower and toilet. <br>The highlight of the apartment, however, is the living area, which offers a breathtaking view of the sea. Here, you can enjoy the ocean view from the cosy sofa area or have a relaxing film night with your loved ones on the smart TV. <br>You’ll enjoy direct access to the beach, which is just a few steps away from the apartment. There’s also a designated dog beach nearby, so you can bring your four-legged friend along.<br>The apartment is easy to reach and features a private parking spot. It’s located in a quiet area where you can relax and enjoy nature.<br>We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful holiday rental!<br><br>The holiday rental offers our guests free Wi-Fi during their stay. <br><br>Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for a fee for the duration of your stay. <br><br>Bringing a dog is permitted for a fee, provided you register in advance.<br><br>All of our properties are non-smoking.<br><br>A laundry room is located on the premises and can be used for a fee.<br><br>From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. The balconies can generally still be used during the breeding season.<br><br><br>Attachment:<br><br> The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly pleasant for families with children. The gently sloping beach offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.<br><br>A variety of recreational activities around the holiday park ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beachside restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein. <br><br>Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.<br><br>From approximately April through September, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies.
