From the bed (160 cm) of your bedroom, as well as from the living room, you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the bay of Menton as far as the Cape of Bordighera. A second (and smaller) bedroom completes this accommodation. The flat is located in the old town centre and is close to all shops and the market. The flat does not have air conditioning. For more comfort during the great summer heat, it is equipped with fans.

A car is really not necessary to get to the flat and spend a holiday in Menton. The flat does not have its own parking space, but you may find a free parking space about 100 metres from the flat or you can park in the Sablettes car park, which is a 5-minute walk from the flat (low-cost parking packages are offered there). The flat is located between the train stations of Menton and Menton Garavan, which can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, making trips to other towns on the Côte d'Azur or to Italy easy.
