Welcome to our newly renovated, light-filled single house in the peaceful Brightwood neighborhood of Washington, DC. The lovely space features two queen beds and one full size bed, perfect for a comfortable night's sleep. The house is designed for comfort and convenience, this family-friendly home features spacious living areas, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and easy self check-in. Conveniently located near downtown DC, Silver Spring MD, restaurants, parks, and public transportation. No parties or events. Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM.
There are occupants in a separate entry basement and this listing is for the entire main level of the single house which has separate entry and exit.
Security Notice: Exterior security cameras are installed around the property and monitor all outdoor areas and entry points 24/7.
