38 m2 accommodation, elegantly refurbished and a few meters from the sea and the beaches of Corralejo. It is located in a peaceful area but at the same time close to all shops and distractions of the city. All you have to do is cross the street perpendicular to the apartment to find yourself with the small beaches of Corralejo, and the view of Lanzarote and the island of Lobos, where, in the morning, you can enjoy its wonderful sunrises.



Accommodation of about 38 m2, tastefully decorated and fully equipped, you will have everything you need for an pleasant stay.



The room features a 160X200 double bed, where you can enjoy a SMART TV, ideal for movie nights with Netflix popcorn in bed.



The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, etc., so you can travel with a lighter suitcase, we have everything we need here!



The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils necessary for your stay (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave...).



The living room, located next to the kitchen at the entrance with its large windows, a SMART TV, a sofa that can turn into a bed. You will also find a table to eat comfortably and an "office" area with excellent internet connection throughout the accommodation, which will be comfortable and ideal for remote workers...



One of the best amenities is undoubtedly the private parking space which is 2 meters from the apartment and which will save you the incessant tours of looking for a place .



The nearest beaches are just 100 meters away! (Playa del medio y playa de los verilitos) where you can relax during the day, swim or surf when the waves are present.. If you are the type to get up early enjoy the most beautiful sunset. Also 400 meters away you can also access the most popular avenue in Corralejo (Avenida Ntra. Sra. Del carmen) , where you will find popular shops and small souvenir shops as well as bars, ice cream shops, restaurants, small supermarkets... and all lots of other things!

Other things to note

I am very flexible on check-in and check-out times when possible. Don't hesitate to consult me. I always try to satisfy my guests, I am myself a traveler, and am aware of what it is,arrive at 10am and wait for accommodation until 3pm...
